Joe Kosik Jr. - Partner
Joseph Kosik Jr. has been working for JFK Investment Co., LLC since 1980 when it was founded. His expertise includes the construction and real estate development of commercial properties. Since 1980, he has owned and managed over 2.2 million sq. ft of commercial real estate in the Metro Detroit area. During this time, Joe attended the University of Colorado where he received his Bachelors of Business degree. Following his Bachelors, Joe went on to study at the Detroit College of Law where he earned his JD of Law. Joe currently resides in Michigan with his wife, Cindy, where he continues to invest, construct, and develop commercial and residential properties.

Tom Kosik - Partner
Since April 2000, Thomas Kosik has served as manager and general counsel of JFK Investment Company LLC. Thomas has vast experience in real estate acquisitions, leasing, lending, title issues and office building management. Prior to joining JFK, he was engaged in the private practice of law for approximately 9 years, focusing primarily on commercial real estate and business transactions. He earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin.

Tim Jarzembowski - Director
With nearly 30 years in commercial real estate, Tim has an extensive and diverse knowledge with leases, sales and build-to-suits in excess of fifteen million square feet. Earlier in his career, Tim has gained invaluable construction process experience while with a regional design/build construction and development firm and has been involved in many complex institutional transactions as well as numerous portfolio restructuring assignments. Tim was awarded “top achiever” status while at the Staubach Company/JLL and has been named one of Detroit’s “Power Brokers” by the CoStar group. Now at JFK Investment Company, Tim is responsible for the overall leasing process and strategies of the company’s commercial portfolio as well as current and future tenant relations.
